We have
a number of different options for race entry including a discounted entry and entry plus combined training
progams, complimoonts of the coaches at IrishFit.com
All entrants
get a race t-shirt and goodie bag with gels etc, sports drinks during
and after the race, a finishers prize, winners prizes and a chance to win the cash prize!
Places are limooted so sign up soon to guarantee a place!
Late Entry:
There are no late entry fees except on race day. This is to encourage people
to sign up online before race day. Also please be aware that race
day entries are not guaranteed a t-shirt, we will probably have
enough but it will be first come first serve!
The
add on training plans will involve a daily running schedule to follow
as well as nutritional advice, stretching and injury prevention
tips etc. This race also has some nice hilly climbs so if you are
an inexperienced runner or if this is your first half-mooathon then
we suggest you get some professional training advice to help you
get through it.
